Your AC doesnt influence the story, so my bet would be to go with what you feel like playing. I personally chose sniper since I didnt have a ranged dps yet, and had a Powertech which is a melee/close range dps. I had a sorc for healing so yeah to pick operative and go like that way again made no sense to me. Sniper is a lot of fun, you can kill alot of stuff before it even touches you, and with a good tanking companion you can take down whole groups easily. Only advantage operative has imo is that it can skip alot of thrash mobs with stealth, if you either dont feel like it or are in a hurry. And the healing is always good to have beside. But yea overall what do you want to play? Close/melee range dps with stealth, and heals on the side. Or this long range dps, that can pretty much tear through everything from range.

Might be me, but I believe the presence of RP guilds is alot bigger there. And I can tell you all these guilds rp together, like some are at war with eachother, others cooperate etc etc. So I can imagine like if you just check the server out it might not seem like much. But if you are actually in a RP guild you get like really deep into it. About wz queues, kind of depends on the time. Like, evenings when most people come on queues will pop faster then e.g. now. So I would take the Progenitor as a RP server

But after completing every chapter 1 for pretty much all empire classes, to me chapter 1 feels like an endless grind. Like for all empire classes it is this: But from what Ive read so far, I see some strong points. So Im sure Im gonna find something that eh "floats my speeder" ey. Thanks folks

So I am not sure where to post this, so I just post it here. Im not a new player, I actually have been here since beta. Yet I dont have any lvl 50+ characters. The reason being I can't seem to commit to a class and especially to get past chapter 1 (that imo for every class feels like a endless grind). I have several characters in their 20's and 30's but I end up deleting those most of the time. Now you might be like: "you dont need to commit, just play what you feel like and shift between characters at time" and I tried it and it doesnt work for me. I love swtor for the great storytelling, so whenever I shift between several chararacters at a certain point, I lose track of a (or several) story / stories due to playing a load of awsome stories. So in short: Not asking for FOTM, Not asking for best class storywise. I hope te retrieve some insight in how you guys, play and actually archieve to commit to a character till the end, because as said I tend to drop and delete most of my characters in their 20's and 30's while I would actually love to play some endgame pve. Thus Im searching some advice, so that I may ever complete a class :')
