I agree. Honestly, the worst part about this is how silent the developers have been on this issue. Like we get it, you are aware of it. But we are approaching a MONTH without an update on this. I have lost money due to this issue while being subscribed. All we want, is an update every few days - week. It is totally fine if the problem is complicated to fix, but at least show us that you are trying to fix it. Right now it feels like they could care less that we are losing money on our subscriptions, not to mention time that could have been spent getting ready for the next expansion. I don't want to quit, I really don't. lol. But man does it suck when it feels like they just don't care.

You are 100% correct. I have been subbed this whole week as well with no way to play. ugh. Can we at least get an update on this from you Bioware?

Yeah, I am kind if irritated with the lack of updates on this. If anyone with an Alder Lake CPU can't launch the game, that is quite a bit of people. Can we get an update on where this is from you Bioware? Thanks!

I tried this and it did not work. Are you using an Alder Lake CPU?

I went into the bios and disabled all of the Ecores so processes can only run on Pcores and there is no change to the issue. SWTOR launcher starts for a second and then stops.

Yeah, it does not require admin rights. I went in and enabled it on the executable manually but that didn't change anything.

Unfortunately, I don't think it is just steam. I tried downloading the client outside of steam with the same result. The app starts, and then dies within a few seconds with the launcher window never actually being visible. The big difference here is that I just switched to Alder Lake, but I am still on Win10. I tried your solution above with no effect :/

I doubt it is a specific Win11 issue. I thought it was due to the scheduling of e-p-e cores etc. but that may have been disproven above... haha

I am having the same issue as you with the I7-12700K, following for resolution! I have tried so much and nothing is fixing it! hahaha
