  1. Have you noticed how they have given idle animations to companions when they're standing still? Even pets have them. Our characters do not. This is something that really needs to be updated if this game is to be brought into the "modern" day. Also, the fidelity of clothing would be nice and appreciated. Take a look at any "modern" MMO and the graphics on the clothing as well as the idle animations bring life to the characters. It would even, in my opinion, be a nice addition to bring different style jumps to the characters. As far as adding voices or sounds to these animations, that's not really required. It certainly would not need to have any voice acting done for it, sound engineering perhaps if you want to bring life to animations that would be used on characters with heavy or medium armor sure. Perhaps even sounds dealing with beeps and boops and whirls of electronic parts. But certainly, no voice acting is required. Another thing I think that would help for bringing this game to the "modern" day: how about making it where if we have a companion that is bipedal (human or another sentient that walks on two feet) make it where they can ride the mount (the ones that have space for them to fit) with the main character. Anyway, I expect that there'll be detractors to this and while I urge comments and interaction to help make my ideas even better. We are a family of like-minded who loves Star Wars and SWTOR. TLDR: Things that I feel would be great additions to SWTOR in order to modernize it: Idle Animations for Characters when standing still. More modern-looking clothing for level 1 through level cap and current content. Allowing companions (those who can (like humans and other bi-pedals) to ride on mounts with your character. Thank you for your time.
  2. That's exactly the point. Fewer people want to play it because of those graphics. You may think that it's of no consequence and therefore does not affect others. But few people want to pay 10+ dollars a month on a game that has limited graphics.
  3. What I mean by what I said is that I feel like the graphics would be better if they were brought up to World of Warcraft's standards. If we look at what our characters wear most of it looks like it came straight out of the early 2000s.
  4. Look, I know many see this as a dead or dying game. However, with the new investment Disney is making into the Star Wars franchise I think now is a great time to refresh the graphics to today's standards. I know that might be asking far more than would be given but it might just help get people to give the game another try. People right now are disenfranchised with World of Warcraft and so players are looking for other adventures. I personally feel that this game is an amazing game and could be made better if people were to invest in it.
