Dude. The ops frame constantly gets out of sync and doesn't show accurate health values. They show whatever amount of health you had when they stopped working. If you don't think this UI needs some love, your are badly mistaken.

Situation is that I'm level 22 in Balmorra, which is for levels 16-20. Am I missing anything, aside from good story, if I just start the next planet as soon as I'm high enough?
