The explanation I was told is that the studio is that the CS doesn't have access to handing out those sorts of things, and that the message was passed onto those whom do, but in the meantime if they do decide or not here post on the forum. And I wasn't told to really make a suggestion in the email, but fine I can come up with multiple solutions to fix that. Setup a few extra promotions each month. First promotion being how it currently is with a brand new item and the extra promotions for giving people a chance at missed promotions. This way people who didn't miss them won't have to miss out on a promotion so others can get Vizla/Okarr or HK-55. 3rd-7th Promotion 1 (New Item) 1st-10th Promotion 2 (Old Item 1) 11th-20th Promotion 3 (Old Item 2) 21st-30th Promotion 4 (Old Item 3)
  2. So yeah, tried a ticket and calling in about this... I missed last months promotion for Shae Vizla and Nico Okarr because my cell phone had been damaged beyond use and I couldn't access my account to renew my sub and log on during the time scale. And I was linked onto this section via email after the phone call.. So yeah.. >>
