You know, looking at the numbers, I guess there IS a possibility that tomorrow everyone gets in. That would only require them adding another 365k players than they did today. I would imagine to make that happen though they would need to have about 8 waves instead. However, everything I am reading indicates that won't happen and that December orders will be let in on the 16th and 17th. Which gives good indication that everyone will be in by the weekends end.

This is my hope, and I imagine that will be the case. I do however believe once I am in-game in 5 hrs 15 min I will not be back to these forums for a few weeks. No reason to talk about playing a game when I can just play it.

Though everyone will have access eventually at the same tiem doesn't mean everyone will be trying to make characters and level at the same time. As well as if you stagger things out, people who might of been there at the moment it realeases might not be there because they had their fill for the moment. So, I think you will have less number of active people online when the "launch day" actually occurs than if you tried to just open the gates like a black friday sale.

I think the idea was to stagger things going in to keep server populations regular and to fill the balloon quietly. Imagine if you will someone trying to fill a water balloon with a fire hose... the balloon breaks. But if you allow for the slower expanse of say a small garden hose turned on slow the flow allows for the balloon to expand and hold more. Servers work on a similiar principle. Login servers as well. How many MMO launches have you seen where you can't even get past the login server because EVERYONE is trying to get in at the same time. The proverbial watermelon in a funnel.

I believe you are wrong here... I think that this is still going to happen, but they will make it known from the star prompting more people to pre-order. I also think the idea was good, just could of been executed with a more "cememt" approach, like giving an email to EVERYONE the day you will be let in so people aren't left wondering. I also believe making 4 to 6 hours of waves is too little. They need to make the waves spread out more like every 3 hours and then another one.

But those time tables are based on speculation set up by the players. Their are many who hold onto hope that tomorrow they let EVERYONE in!

I understand what you are saying, but in their minds what is PREORDERING LATE? Is that waiting until November? Is that waiting until they had a launch date? Besides, unless you read fine print, there are still adds today that say, Pre-Order the game today and get "Early Game Access" out there! I understand thier gripes, but also understand how they perhaps should of been more pro-active.
