Second Wave was announced on Twitter around 8:45. First wave was announced on twitter about an hour earlier. So going off the announcements of the first two waves they are sending invites out every hour, so the next announcement should be around 9:45 for wave 3. It also looks as though they have included some from 7/22 in second wave. So I will assume more from 7/22 registration on wave 3 if not all from 7/22 and maybe some from 7/23 might get included.

SWG had to go due to the contract between Lucas Arts and EA/BW. The CEO of Lucas Arts gave EA/BW exclusive rights to Star Wars Online gaming. George Lucas was upset about this as both games should have been able to co-exist. Lucas then fired the CEO.
