We have some personnel decorations that have more lifelike behavior than others - pacing, meditating, etc. But there still seems to be a lack of "life" in strongholds. I suggest a way to give some or all of these NPC/personnel decorations movement patterns. It could be as simple as drawing a line that they walk back and forth on, or completing a circuit that they walk around. This would bring a fantastic new life to strongholds and have great RP value. I'm not a SWTOR dev so perhaps I can't say but it doesn't seem too difficult to implement either, as many NPCs out in the public game world already walk between waypoints. I would personally love to see this bring my stronghold or flagship to life!
