    Had a purchased one and free one from sub, used both and both dropped me as a lvl 1 char in the fleet. Deleted these logged in as another character don't have anymore tokens to use. Not sure really what is going on.

    Also when queuing for around an hour and then losing connection to the game, you have another hour wait to rejoin, you should be able to rejoin where you left off instead of this.
