Love the webpage, think I'll start doing it just to see what my fellow male gamers will scream in group chat, kinda curious to see what the responses will be. However, as a gamer since '97 I could care less if your a female or male. All I care about is if you do what you signed up for in the group whether it be tank, heal, or dps. I have known and currently know a lot of female gamers (think my guild has about 10-15) and yes they tend to keep it hush hush for all the reasons posted in this thread. This I know b/c some of my guilds in the past have had guild get-together and so in so would show up and low and behold who we all thought was a he was a she. oh, and yes I do play female characters as well as male ones, my deciding faction on sex for the toon depends on the class I'm making.

SAY NO TO DUAL SPEC!!!!! To begin the option to dual spec was first seen majorly in WoW, and that didn't even happen until 4-5 years after it's initial release. So DON'T expect it anytime soon, especially since there are more major things that need to be fixed. Second, dual spec f'ed up WoW anyway, and I don't care to see it happen to SWToR EVER. It was a nice idea in thought, and honestly I was all for it when it initially came live, but sadly it hurt a majority of the hybrid healer classes. It did this b/c when it happened every1 that had a heal spec they HAD to make it their dual spec, even if they could do a tank or dps spec. Third, if u choose a spec and u get tired of it roll a new toon, the story line makes it more fun then the normal WoW grind of the annoying alt.

I play on an ASUS G74SX with pretty much the same setup as ur option with the 560M card. My ASUS has the same card and I have (during peak time) 25-30fps in the fleet and towns. I get 50-80fps everywhere else again at peak time. At off times my fps doubles overall, and I run my settings a max. Ihave optimized my laptop, pretty much shut off all the bells and whistles of Win7.

Biochem is about the only useful skill atm, saves on buy a butt load of medpacks. Most ppl are just picking 3 gathering skills at least i did on my alts. Main was to for into Armstech to drop it.

There was one with the beta forum system. I think I heard there was one when the forum system changed, but it was broken so they disabled it. not sure tho.

The exact spec for mine are as follows: Intel Core i7 - 2670QM, 2.2 ghz Geforce GTX 560M - 2GB 1TB HD space 8GB RAM memory I dont have the 3D aspect to mine, that may be running in the background, and causing u the issues, id check on that

If all u had to do was destroy the space station, then that would be the objective, not the 12 turrets, 3 comm antennas, and 4 shield generators. I do know of the spot on the space station, and yes when I'm done and still have 1.30-2 mins I usually unload everything on that bottom spire, but alas it does nothing.

Click ur start button and in the search block type dxdiag, the program that pops up in the list double click it, hit "Save All Information" button in the bottom portion of the new window. Save it as the .txt file on ur desktop, open the new .txt on the desktop, cope the info and paste it to ur forum post using the spoiler option.

The reason I choose those two were b/c they have 2gb and are DDR3 memory, I find that the DDR5 memory chips run hot unless u have a water cooled system. Just make sure when u get the card u dl'd the latest drivers: http://www.geforce.com/Drivers/Results/38916

My main gaming laptop for now is the Asus G74SX (usually get a different one every 2-3 years), it has a dedicated Nvida GTX 560M with 2gb of ram, but I also optimize every laptop I buy. However, even before I optimized this one I was still running at that FPS.

4 gb of ram is fine, i play SWToR on my second laptop that is running Win7 and I only have 4gb, and it runs with 30-80 FPS, where as I get 40-110PFS on my main gaming laptop with 8gb of ram (my FPS mainly drops when I'm in a capital city. When in open world is average 60-80 FPS on my 4gb laptop, and 90-110 FPS on my 8gb.

Ya, it showed a 250 in the specs i found, the 600 is fine. The cards I linked are mainly a guide, just go to ur local PC store and find something comparable to them. I have never had any issues with EVGA video cards running anyhting from video rendering or gaming.
