Veela, Anchorhead, Prophecy of 5 are all good choices.

I rolled on Veela, it looks English dominated. However, the ques are horrendously high right now. The server is supposed to be one of the better PVP servers.

For US: Anchorhead Veela The Fatman HoG Prophecy of 5 Port Nowhere Saber of Exar Kun. Atleast that's what it's looking like so far. Hard to tell what it will be until the game actually launches.

I just got off the phone with a Best Buy service rep regarding how they are handling CE orders. From what he told me he said that they are only getting a handful of copies into the store and its a first come first serve basis. So... If you planned on doing an in-store pickup then i think it may mean that you should get yourself first in line if you want to get your copy that day lol.
