At fist it may look like bugging you to have a "special" number to enter while logging in. But the security setting including an external key provider (keychain or application on phone) make your account almost unbrakeble. The fact is your login information are only valid for a 60 seconds period. It will only prevent an account hacking from different sources. I have a friend who got is WOW account hacked and he was also the guild leader.... It's been much more troubles to get back the account and also get back all the stuff we were having in the guild vault. The security key is just a way to prevent brute force hacking on your account. Hope it help !!

If you are able to post your current PC configuration would at least give us a base to help you solve this problem. I am an owner of ATI Radeon 6870 cards (in crossfire) and if you overide the application setting in the Catalyst center (driver of your graphic card) you can put even the beffiest machine on her knees... Usually with all setting set to high, your computer supposed to play this game smoothly. Waiting for your update buddy !! Have a nice day !

You guys are doing a really nice jobs on the game. I really know that lunching a MMO is very hard and very demanding. I am aware of this. I think it s about time that we get a possibility to transfert our chars to some other server. The queues are killing my play time, the time I pay for with my monthly paiement is being use by YOU, rich business man who dont even play. Either charge us an higher price monthly or accept less peoples in your games, restrict access to servers or anything, but do something. I am supposed to pay $15 to be able to play, 30 days by month less the maintenance. Currently I am able to play 30 day less 20-60 minutes each time I want to play, in fact each time it MY time to play. I need to prepare 20-60 miniutes before playing, if not then I miss my play time. Peoples are getting uses to wait in queues, and some are even happy to wait there. But I am not, I feel like you are simply stealing my monthly paiement cent by cent, by taking 20-60 minutes of my playing time every day. Lots of server are not queuing people, so please just let us move from those overcrowded server. I am sure you are trying hard to make it stop, but it's not enought. Give us the possibility to MOVE TO ANOTHER SERVER PLEASE !!!! No I dont want to reroll, no I dont want to start elsewhere, no I dont give a ..... about all the other possibility. Let me move away from that overpopulated server, put in place a transfert system and make the population going even while transferring. I cant decide "when" I will be able to play, and less prepare myself 20-60 minutes before. I am paying $15 by month to "PLAY", but now I just get angry at this waiting time that is not solving, whatever good will you guys are putting in.... Because the $15 a month to play is a false representation. Subscription are on a $15 basis and you play when BIOWARE let you play !!! TRANSFERT SYSTEM will solve the problem !!!! Me and a few friends created our caracters on a server 2 days ago. Since then the server population has grown to FULL and we are now constantly stuck in queues. In prime time we must wait 40++ minutes to log. Is there any planification to resolve that major problem for the release day??? Now I consider it's normal but december 20 I will start to pay for my playing time and waiting in queue was not part of the "this game will be very fun !!" or I pay $15 a month to look at a countdown. Is it possible to obtain a tranfert to a lower population server to be able to play ? Please let us know what you are planning to solve this extremely frustrating situation. Thank you.
