Well, the Taris set is all from quests, the reason I would suspect this one is as well is because it's listed as BoP.

Bah! Im not the only one! I've had a thread up for a couple days, I'm unable to locate this either! I did all the heroics, I don't have any quests left to do, I know I did all the staged bonus quests, and I think all the normal bonus quests...the only thing I can think of is it being from an area quest I can't find....if someone know please post!

So, I went to ilum, and I was driving around and found the Imperial Waystation, there were 2 dailies there for me, might be worth seeing if you guys can pick up quests from the quest hubs around.
