I am having same issue with the in-game status being Preferred even though my last recurring subscription payment was yesterday.
I do not have anything related to the security key like other posters in this thread, but cannot get the game to recognize me as a subscriber.
I sent an email to support, but was hoping to find a workaround solution here.
Or, at the very least, raise my hand as having the issue as well.
I really hope it can be resolved quickly, especially with the US holiday rapidly approaching.
As an aside, will the credits I had in excess of 1M be restored once support gets my account straightened out?
