Where: Tatooine Stronghold http://imgur.com/rHjy1gJ Date: Saturday Nov 22 2014 Time: 4:00 PM PST Prizes: 1st 24 cartel packs, Tulak Horde Helm, Gigantic Crystal (Cyan) 2nd 12 cartel packs, Mandalor the Ultimate's Hem 3rd 8 cartel packs, Darth Malak's Jaw Casing 4th 4 cartel packs 5th-8th 1 cartel pack Plenty more to be added as tournament draws nearer Rules are as followed: No healer or hybrid healer/tank specs Full DPS or full tanks are allowed. Class buffs only Stims are allowed No expertise boosting buff No Nightmare Pilgrim buff No grenades No adrenals No medpacs No class or racial regens allowed No stealth saps Self heals are allowed though No outside class buffs (ie. Sorc bubbles or bloodthirst from spectators) No orbital support No Stairs It will be a double elimination tournament 1 round with top 8 being best of 3 and will be broadcasted on my live stream http://www.twitch.tv/GoukenPT. Since there's no way to currently practice 4v4 arena would it be possible to implement some time of group duel feature so we could do practice 4v4 in one of our rooms in our strongholds. The hangar in the Tatooine Stronghold would be perfect, its big and you can make LoS pillars. Any way to practice arenas would help. Even turning on free for all pvp in a stronghold would let us do this.

Prizes have been updated. Now its a full hypercrate for 1st place and prizes all the way down to 8th place. Also 5 mounts in the prize pool, 1 of which is a door prize to a random entrant.

Updated the rules, also registration will be closed 24 hours before the event starts. So Aug 1st 7pm PST is the deadline. This will give me time to setup brackets and organize the event to run as smooth as possible. Also remember to send an in-game mail to G'ouken (imp) or G-ouken (pub) if you wish to participate.

Where: The Pit in Outlaws Den Date: Saturday Aug 2nd 2014 Time: 7:00 PM PST Prizes: 1st 24 cartel packs, Droid Officer Transport mount, Model F2-Quell mini pet and an Etches Dueler's Duelsaber 2nd 12 cartel packs, Desler DA-5 mount, 500k credits 3rd 8 cartel packs, Longspur Ranger Mount 4th 4 cartel packs, Longspur Ranger Mount 5th-8th 1 cartel pack Door prize: 1 Korrealis Countess will be given to a random entrant Rules: Consumables are legal (stims medpacks adrenals grenades) No Summonables (for example, mini pets mailboxes repair droids statues etc) No expertise boosting buffs No interference from other players while match is in progress No casting abilities on spectators while match is in progress Only self buffs (for example if you are a powertech you cant have a sorc bubble you when match starts) Coordination, Hunters Boon, Unnatural Might, and Mark of Power are legal No leaving the pit No stairs No regen abilities such as seethe or similar effects You are allowed to sap and cast heals such as kolto injections, just no regens If you leave combat you have 30 seconds to reenter combat No Overcharge Power Buff Can only enter with 1 character ( No entering as an imperial and a pub for example) Matches will have a 5 minute time limit, if there's no winner when time expires there will be a sudden death round where casting heals is not allowed (before you ask about kolto overload and enraged defense a match with a jugg or a pt should not go over 5 mins, this rule is basically for healer vs healer stalemates.)
