I am having the same problem. I will do a quest that goes +40 +40 for ashara and when i turn it in there is no +80 no + anything. Its just exp and credits. I also checked to see if maybe it still counted behind the scenes and it does not. So as of now there is no point in me having her out as affection gained via dialogue options will never count.

still bugged for me. The icon that says she wants to talk shows up then when i approach a Cantina it disappears and when i go onto my ship she has nothing to say. haven't talked to her since nar shadaa and i'm over 8k affection.
