  1. Well then we got your answer. It has always supposed to be whoever got there first. When the game launched Voidstar would never end and always go to max time. Sometime after 2.0 Bioware patched in that the round would end if during the second round, the attackers got to the same point the other team did but faster. Then late in 3.0 one of the patches broke that functionality, it still does end usually if the time differences are drastic. But if they are close that doesn't always happen and that is where the confusion lies. Opening the bridges and laser fences do count as separate milestones. Chalk it up to another one of those low priority probably never resolved pvp bugs.
  2. You are in the second phase though, second phase tie breaker should be who got there first. First phase I still maintain is killing blows.
  3. This I know to be false. One of the matches where I counted killing blows (it was 23-24), we got 24 kills and were second to attack. This can be disproven with just standard matches no counting required.
  4. No everyone gets a point for a kill if everyone on the team tagged them. Like how healers get 25 kills but just healed the DPS and never actually got the killing blow on anyone. I am fairly confidant that killing blows are the tie breaker so it is to be honest, hard to track because you need to mouse over each player for that info.
  5. Please show me then because I have not seen it disproven ever yet, and I do count the killing blows on the close matches. And I do NOT mean team kills, just death strikes. So the screenshot better mouse over every player.
  6. Last I looked there was no back fill medals for Quesh or OPG. I reported it a few times but yeah.
  7. 1 Kill each side? Yikes. In that 22-21 game I started to shift my focus to getting picks and pulling overzealous dps away from their 3 healer 1 tank comp and managed to make all the difference. Ended up winning that out due to that change in mentality and the other team was calling bull over the "random" loss. It would be really nice to know the second tiebreaker if that is able to be played for but it is probably something arbitrary like total medals on each team.
  8. Voidstar tiebreaker is definitely killing blows. You can add up each close game and see that the team with the more killing blows wins. Closest in memory was 22-21. Now what the second tie breaker is?.... Probably whoever made the best paper mache sculpture in 3rd grade.

    5M Dmg done sage

    Was in a Hypergate with Snips yesterday, he pulled 3.5m with 2 kills while myself and another Sage pulled 1.6 each with 10 and 9 kills respectively. It wasn't the useless dot spamming fluff damage that won that game.

  12. Im good, lost 20 min though, probably no time for that pvp daily if I get a bunch of marshmellows on my team.
  13. Hes pretty mad and rage-y but right. My Merc has been Elite Warlord for 3 years now but I gave up playing it in pvp a year ago, its just plain terrible in pvp. It will never improve so I play toons I have fun on. Why is the second tier of talents almost useless with 4 must haves in tier 3? Why are there like 5 talents to buff the shield when it has a longer cool down that some stun breakers. Rocket out is really unwieldy and unreliable and you cannot use it white rooted, why? Kolto Overload is actually useless and the cool down is even longer than the shield. Why do we not have the option to have increase overdrive speed, you can be leapt to and chocked by warriors, its not fast enough. The DPS is fine free-casting but the output is zero when you are pressured. A lot of these issues are tied to a few specific abilities, their adjustment wont hurt PVE. Rework the talent tiers, lower the cooldown of the shield, change KO to something useful like heal 5k a second and make Rocket Out be useable from roots baseline. None of that touches the DPS.

I would never trust the light standard heavy designations they are arbitrary and meaningless. same issue though, got home from work, logged in, mail didn't work, couldn't open crafting menu. relogged into queue and I am losing position for some reason? Need to leave in an hour and a half, guess no pvp daily for me.
