Two points; First to Bioware/EA, and Second to you dirty forum trolls... 1. I understand you want to encourage in-game rp and emersion, but it's a little shady giving your CSRs protocol droid names. I think I get the logic here; you can associate notes and logs with employee names/numbers easily. But the problem is that these are, in fact, human beings. The person on the other side of the line is some poor Filipino or Indian chap, with a heart and lungs and a brain that actually thinks and feels. Protocol droids are regularly trashed, mauled, insulted, and beat upon (justifiably). Any human that gets a response from a number will regard that response as coming from a computer, and will usually treat it as such. People get cancer, droids do not. Can you at least give them 'humanoid' names? 2. When you respond with, for example, "By the way, correct English is..." you should never get a response from another human being for eternity. You are trolling and should just die. I said it again because it's important. You know that person probably speaks four languages, compared to your mutty one? While frusterating at times, I think the CSRs I have encountered (about a half dozen now) have done their best with the tools(?) provided them. We should keep in mind these people are essentially your best friends when you are in need so you'd be well advised to at least attempt to offer a minimum amount of respect for the person trying to help you.
