When it goes into sleep mode I don't think the ram memory gets wiped, hence the amount of lag you are getting from it processing an abundance of info, but when you completely shut down the Ram gets wiped since nothing is permanently on ram, you don't have the info build up that will cause slower processing and lag. I think thats right lol

Ive been camping Commander Gosular for the last week, but Ive noticed that after the 3rd time in a row I kill him, he doesn't drop any loot. I've been trying to get the RD-15B Commando Greaves that he drops to finish my set but no luck. I was wondering if maybe anyone else has run into this themselves while trying to get a specific piece of gear, or if they have heard of some kind of limit. He has a very short respawn timer only about 5-6 min, so farming him isnt bad except for the 3 kill limit he seems to have.
