Posting for a F2P guild mate. We ran into a question on F2P chat restriction on June, 24, 2018. As per a promotion from 2016-2017 time frame I was able to give a Free 60 token to a F2P person, allowing them to experience the 1st chapter of Knight of the Fallen Empire. My wife, whom I gave the token has recently returned to play for awhile to see if she wanted to sub. We were attempting to open up guild chat and she could not use guild chat. We attempted to use all other channels to no avail; say, yell, general, whisper (outgoing), nothing at all. She kept receiving the red lettered notice that chat was restricted, as though she was below the level 25 chat limit. We then tried her other characters and each could use chat ( if over level 25). Appeared to be only an issue with the level 60, not sure if this particular character has always had this issue, as she most often runs heroics as a level 60 to increase credit supply. Not sure if there is anyway of correcting this issue.

Does anyone know if these level requirements have changed? I just started playing after a break and seem to be jumping or missing some of the gear thresholds. Ex. I have a level 31 commando that still has After market gear, no Carbon-scored nor Decorated equipped. Yes I have been running Heroics, up through Tatooine, or do I need to try doing higher level planets? OP Thank you for this post, it is very helpful.

Add one more subscriber to this list. At log in screen all I get is a spinning icon for a few minutes, then a message that "Log in services are unavailable" and a direct link to forums. Have tried on two different computers with two different accounts with same results.

Not sure where in the central US you are located I'm in South Dakota, but I've played from launch (off & on the last year). Never had an issue with being kicked from servers and I played on all of them at times, yes all 8 US servers and even the 3 English Euro servers. No problems with log in and long play sessions. I recommend checking you rig and internet systems/setting.

If you subbed try all 16 classes, minus the 1 you have already played. You get all the stories and playing through just the story get you well leveled. You can then pick which class you really like and run the expansions and endgame content. I'm no master at rotations but I've learned so I could level toons to 70 without to many issues, if/when I have a problem I jump on a class guide to see where I screwed up.

NP. Still got 2 toons when you are getting.

Live stream stated that you could upscale in chapters but you could Not down scale during chapters, do peeled couldn't take advantage if the vet system. I think you have to restart the chapter anew again.

Tuesday was early access, you needed to carry a sub from October 25 through November 27. All other subbed accounts get all the new chapter in Friday December 2.

It really depends on which planet you are trying to get off of. If its a starter planet they are a confusing. If you are over level 10, use your fleet pass. It has a cool down of hours so you can only use a few times a day, timer depends on sub,f2p etc. If you are on a quest that has you leaving a planet there should be the associated target icon on your map. You can also just ask in general chat for help, some of us will help you out.

If Canada has them available use the tempory visa/mc credit card. I bought one for my game sub's, I threw money on it to last a few months, one time purchase fee of about 5 bucks. I can then reload at a retail store with cash, when needed.

Me too! That might be why it took me three months. I had offers from a few people to "buy" their dying guilds but I really did not have the transfers available to make that viable. Making my own guild gives me the freedom from all other people as well. But, Hey you could get lucky.

Point conceded, I did not state I meant after the OP(s). While no one from Ea/Bioware could log in on .com site. IMO 11/2hour plus is a very long time , from customer support/service not saying anything. I work in CS and I'd be fired if I took that long to Gert back to my customer(s). You ease the masses with some positive interaction, much like what took place bascvk few months ago, when KotFE chapter launch was offline for 14 hours or so.

The fact under no information stream : Twitter, Facebook, Swtor.com nor the EA help section, there NO reply to anyone. I was on all four, i never saw a reply at the time this occurred from EA/Bioware. The issue not being able to log on the swtor.com site should not have kept infomation from coming forth via the other avenues. Its as if EA/Bioware just didn't care enough about their product to keep the player base informed, which seems very sad. If that is indeed the case.
