  1. That's the one. And he didn't even care about her... I wonder who the mother was. She'd be so proud
  2. Yep. He also once heard her sing, so forced her to sing in an opera until her throat became scarred and she could sing no more. Even after all that she still calls him father.
  3. They couldn't fit in more than four classes. They'd just end up repeating the mechanics and abilities of other classes, and all those phases everywhere. Those phases! *rocks back and forth* Besides, 2 Force Users and 2 Non-Force Users is balanced in terms of lore as well (and no, another Force User would just be over doing it). So basically, would you rather have no Bounty Hunter or Smuggler and instead have Imp Trooper and SIS? Maybe you would, but the majority (espcially the target audience) would want to play as Han or Boba. It's marketing and it works.
  4. Yeah I watched a video where when the IA killed her and Darth Jadus asked if she had been dealt with, the Agent asked why he couldn't feel it through the force. Jadus explained that you only feel such things if you have an emotional connection, and he says that he didn't have one with his daughter. Nasty. The best done Act 1 Ending in my opinion.
  5. That.. Sounds.. Amazing... I've been doing some more digging. There's a part when you meet Lord Razer's crew and the woman mentions "Ah, it's an honour to meet the Hand of Jadus". At this point you also become a Major instead a Lieutenant due to your Sith backing. There's also a bit on Hoth where you apparently get an additional quest to track down the Imperial Guard that were sent after the Jedi Knight (class story crossover!) and find out the Emperor's plan. As for the other choices. This is how I've found it goes. (1) Turn off the Eradicators (2) Turn on the Eradicators From the (2), you then have (2.1) Stop Jadus and (2.2) Join Jadus. (1) Jadus challenges you immediately. You fight him and trap him in a ray shield. You then blow up the ship and escape although it is made clear that Jadus managed to escape in time as well. (2.1) Jadus lets you wander around, giving you time to dismantle the ship and call reinforcements. When you get back to the bridge, Jadus calls you on your betrayal and attacks you. You trap him in the ray shield just as back-up arrives and he's taken into custody. (2.2) You become the Hand of Jadus. There's also a (3) where before you're given the choice about the Eradicators, you can say that your allies are listening in to your conversation, and that it is being recorded. Jadus then accepts that he will never be able to return to the council and simply leaves without a fight. Even Watcher 2 has a "W..t...f..." moment. In the long term, (1), (2.1) and (3) lead to the same thing. Jadus never really returns to the story. You keep going as the normal Cipher Agent, although you probably have stronger ties with Watcher 2 and Keeper because of it. And let's be honest, you outsmarted/outgunned the man 2nd to the Emperor (and saved half the Empire's population).
  6. I've been looking around quite a bit but I can't find anything concrete about what happens if you side with Darth Jadus at the end of the Imperial Agent's Act 1. I know you kill Darth Zhorrid instead and the biological weapons level half the Empire, but I don't really know much else. Any help would be great, thanks.
  7. I thought it made the Light side choice more awesome.
  8. My Favourite: Darth Jadus Runner's Up: Darth Thanaton
  9. It must be a hard life to have cameras pushed into your face all the time, but he couldn't take some teasing from kids with lightsaber sounds? If he didn't let it get to him he would have been fine. Shame, he acted pretty well and had could have had a good future in the business.
  10. The Republic version could well be a Politican, taking inspiration from Leia/Padme (as this 'Imperial Officer' would take inspiration from Tarkin). Similarly, the Politican would wield a small group of lackies, I'm thinking standard Republic troops, along with various buff and debuff skills that the Officer would have. I'm not sure how the story would work, but perhaps something borrowing from the diplomatic segments of the Consular and the investigative missions from the Imperial Agent? In the end, you could be looking at a Senator title, whilst the Officer recieves Moff status. Hey, companion wise, the Politican can get an angsty young Jedi who they can get into a romantic relationship and make them fall to the darkl side! I reckon the Officer could also get a Sith, much how Tarkin was "holding Vader's leash".
  11. At a party, I can imagine SCORPIO hooking up with Tharan Cedrax (he'd get Holiday to watch), whilst Kaliyo would be hitting on Andronikos, or Khem, or maybe both. Lokin would play his party trick rahkghoul form, causing Qyzen to hunt him down. Vector would share crazy talk over a bong, whist Ashara would hold back Nadia's hair whilst she throws up. Meanwhile, Temple and Talos would be sharing a glass of wine.
  12. Asajj Ventress seems to strike me as light side right now (season 4 of the Clone Wars), but still very obviously a Sith and not Jedi. She's defended children against her bounty, fought to protect her family and didn't kill Obi-wan after their temporary alliance ended.
  13. Thanaton at some point clearly states that in tradition, when a Sith is wiped out their powerbase goes with it. Although you killed Zash, you basically did his work for him and in tradition he still has to kill you (along with the other two). It makes more sense as Lightside, but Darkside works as well.
  14. Hang on. Since when did any class besides the Smuggler have an XS Freighter? Also, it's bad(azz) enough that Agents can double Orbital Strike, imagine if they have a freakin' ship carbet bombing as well. Unbalanced much? Besides, Dirty Kick is pretty cool on it's own.
  15. No no no, I didn't say that. In fact, I'm using a red saber right now. I'm just saying that anyone who expects to blend in seamlessly as a Republic will be poorly mistaken. Quite fun in warzones though against the enemy.
  16. Yep. I just bought the cheapest one off of GTN and put it in my saber. Word of warning though - you WILL stick out of the crowd like a sore thumb. I've also found that it works best when wearing white.
  17. Let's put it this way, she's not the person I'd choose to hop onboard, but having been saddled with her, she's grown on me. Hell, I NEED someone to tell off. Otherwise it'd just be me bro-fistiting Vector and Lokin. Similarly, a renegade Agent still needs Temple to glare at every time she mentions the good of the Empire.
  18. Having played through as an Imperial Agent, I believe they like it and think it's a lot better than the Republic (the two favoured opinions being "corrupt" and "scum"). Keeper and the Watchers all seem to believe in the Empire as a people, and seem okay with the pro-human arrangement. There's even a scene in the webcomic on this site were Kaas City is celebrating and the Sith are leading the cheers. There are some flaws. Without spoiling too much, Imperial Intelligence seems to grate with the Sith on a number of things. There is also a notable quest when Sith are killing randomers but everyone seems to just accept this. In my opinion, the people take the leeway with the Sith as a trade off for their strong society. If you've reached Illum, you'll also have realised that the Empire is in a bit of a turmoil with the anti-alien policy (and spoilers from a future update seem to hint at more conflict over this as well). Suffice to say, most of the Empire are Sith/Human and so don't care for it. Bit less relevant but there's also a bit talking to Lord Scourge were he states that as a child, they would use the Jedi as a boogeyman "If you don't practice daily the Jedi will come and get you" or something like that. This is true as well, as I've heard from multiple sources that as a light side Sith Warrior, the Jedi attack you unprovoked.
  19. My reaction "Lol!... Wait, what?!" And then I sent him off to the Hutts As for my favourites: [After giving cult to Lord Paladius] Rogue Cultist: You can't do this! We had Darth Zash's word! Inquisitor: I have no further use for you. [slams him onto the wall] The complete calmness of the action just made it for me. I also ended up shocking the other rogue into submission, which was just gravy as I'd only just slept with her. She even said "But.. I though we-" before Paladius cut her off.
  20. He might come back, but judging by how you can join up with him as the 'Hand of Jadus', I doubt he'll be an Act Boss, rather a quest giver or someone you hear about in the background. Or maybe someone you get to put down again ain a side quest if you don't join him.
  21. I guess you could say, he was a Zhorrid father! I must say though, whilst she was clearly messed up, Jadus was more so and actually had the power to go with it. He was a much more dangerous Sith and so my Imperial patriot had to put him down. It was actually quite saddening when she told me her story, she's a great character. Forget being Jadus' hand, I was to be Zhorrid's hand
  22. Kallig could have got with a Twi'lek woman? It's not like it hasn't been done before. Malgus and his wife, Sith Warrior and Vette. And in the EU a human and twi'lek can have offspring. Also, if you put on Kallig's helmet as a Twi'lek, your lekku get cut off as well.
  23. When I played Imperial Agent, before I confronted Jadus I met up with Zhorrid. The story was that the Council sniffed out that she was too weak and tortured her, leaving her very wounded (possibly dying). From the other end, I understand that if you side with Jadus, he ends up legging it once he finds out what the Emperor's up to. So, it is possible that Zhorrid/Jadus' seat is actually open. Jadus has left (albeit perhaps temporarily) and Zhorrid could be dead anyway, or have vacated the seat in fear of being killed.
  24. He may never had time to. Being second to the Emperor (ignoring Grand Moffs, etc.) must mean that you have a pretty busy schedule.
