You should have already received them from what I can tell. I received mine the same day as my subscription started. I know this was a common issue years ago, but don't know if it still is. Eventually you'll get them, but you can always try to open a ticket with support.

Contact Support. Keep in mind they look at the date you activated your key, not the date of your pre-order. I activated mine at 11 december, not in with first wave of today.
