I have been having this problem lately, it seems like everytime i get into pvp or FP's my sound gets really staticy and and my fps drops to about 4 fps, but then goes back to normal for a few minutes then gets staticy and the game starts to stutter again. has anyone else had this problem, and does anyone know what the problem could be, all of my settings are set to very low.
