    OP, not only are you 100% responsible for what happened but you owe your entire guild an apology for allowing this to happen under your watch. In my opinion your whole attitude on the matter is asinine, especially considering you are supposed to be a 'leader'. As a Guild Leader, the buck stops with you. Period. End of story.
