  1. I still prefer 7/3/31 to 8/8/25. I don't mind losing a small amount of damage on the scoreboard at the end of a warzone if it means I get to keep TD and burst down healers quicker.
  2. I played around with this spec a month ago, it's fun to play and more viable than it looks. But I couldn't help but feel like I was a Marauder, only without their 200 defensive abilities.
  3. Do want. My diddly pistol makes me feel so insignificant. ;'( Seems only Knights/Warriors and Sage/Sorcerer get any variety in weapons. Even Assassin electrostaves don't work with some of their most important abilities.
  4. Powertechs can become ranged when the situation calls for it, such as preventing WZ objective caps, or if an enemy Huttball carrier is at 20% health and out of melee reach. But to be at 100% effectiveness PTs have to be within melee range as Rocket Punch, Quell and Retractable Blade (if AP spec) are 4 meter abilities.
  5. Due to boredom of playing full Pyro and AP, I've been messing with 0/23/18 for the last few weeks with 4-piece Combat Tech set bonus. I won't say that this spec is better than full Pyro or AP, because it is not, and I wouldn't use it in ranked WZs. But it is loads of fun to play around with in normal WZs, I tend to do around the same overall damage as I do in full Pyro spec (although obviously with less burst), in return for extra mobility and survival.
