Of course my companion was on heals, I even went as far as relog, took my companion off heals, and switched to tank and dps, then back to heals, there is a noticeable difference with melee characters that should be looked in to.

As I said in my post and watching my companion not doing anything except swing her light saber, and half my life had already been depleted, then when I was near dead she began throwing little heals(nothing was on cooldown), by that time I was already dead.

Exactly what I'm noticing as well, Ranged seems to be fine to me as well using Vette or Theron and Droids are great but anytime it's a melee character they are prioritizing melee combat over healing.

Hello Community, I know some changes came down in Onslaught to companions but as I'm running the story in Vet mode Chapter 7, Lana(Lvl 50) isn't healing either of us at ALL, as I'm DPSing(Sith Warrior gear 306) I'm noticing my life just keep dropping and she's just standing there swinging her Light Saber, then as I'm about dead then she starts to heal a "little', but by this time I'm it's too late, and I had already dropped all of my defensive cool downs before, and I've moved us both away from dangerous AOE areas that bosses cast. I've done everything up until now on Vet but I only seem to run into this issue with Lana. Droids heal perfectly fine in other Vet content. Has anybody else had problems with this? Thanks, jester15x

Yet, I just completed Blood Hunt on Vm and had no problems and there are people who can Solo Master Mode Flashpoints so again it is definitely a scaling problem.

Hello, I agree with the OP, something is fishy with the scaling here, went in here with my Marauder (75) 297 rating gear and level 50 Companion on heals, sometime ago I was able to solo this FP on veteran but this time around the standard adds melted my life away so fast my companion couldn't even get a heal off. We were dead within seconds. Perhaps this could be looked into, just my thoughts. Thanks, jester15x
