you wouldn't open up a restaurant with a crappy menu and then say "they just opened up, the food will get better." If you launch your game with HUGE flaws like the ones in this game, then it isn't unreasonable for people to complain and feel taken advantage of. there is no reason this game should have released in its current state. any QA person that tested this game knows it and every person in beta damn well should have known it.
people using that argument just encourage companies to release unfinished games quicker and quicker. on top of that, an mmo's success is usually determined in the first few months of release and i really hope bioware turns things around quick. sadly though, i dont see this game sustaining a long life, especially with a few mmo's coming out with a strong focus on pvp that have a proven track record. heres to hoping though.
