I was starting to get the impression that a healing build wouldn't be necessary, but I wanted to make sure that I wasn't being fooled by the Hutta content being somewhat forgiving. I still like the operative, but I'm thinking I'll spec more toward the DPS side. Thanks again.

I have a IA character that is dedicated to grouping with a Bounty Hunter. We are both lvl 10 but haven't picked our advanced classes yet. I was originally planning on playing a healing spec'd operative, but the BH has a companion that so far has been a decent healer. Does the healing operative still seem like a good idea, or are there other AC/roles that are more complimentary with companions taken into account? I realize the question is a little tough without knowing the BH's AC first. Thanks in advance for your thoughts...

Come on, cut the OP some slack. Maefly isn't obligated to update the guide on a daily/weekly basis to cater to the needs of the entire community. Moreover, he/she noted this problem and said it would be updated. Please be patient and let the OP have some time to enjoy the game as well

I'm loving the crew skill combo of Synthweaving/Archaeology/Underworld Trading. You can make a lot of cool armor sets and make more than a few creds in the galactic market...
