  1. There is a sticky about this on PTS server forum, go read it.

    Here's the important part.

"Major changes are currently on schedule for the next major content patch, such as extractable basemods (armoring, barrel, etc.) from purple items, critical crafting successes on orange outfits, more bind-on-equip schematic drops for artifice and other professions, increased relevance of augments, better reverse engineering chance, and other improvements. We want to create significant incentive for players to engage in the crafting economy – as provider of goods or supplier - without requiring players to take up a specific profession as a ticket into endgame."

Think this might be in march? Hope so, looking forward to see what's planned. I am hoping for more orange recipes for crafters.

  2. PTs are amazing in PvP, most overpowered class I've played. Super impactfull in every warzone. Disgusting if you have a healer with you, just utterly disgusting and how much devastation you can do.

I mainly played charge/gut/rocket spam build. Played AP & pyro too, but not as fun or as good IMO.

  3. I like when you interrupt Tracer Missile/Grav Round and the person just stands still not using any skills.

This is pure truth and hilarious, it also goes for 90% of Merc's/Commando's.

  4. I am starting to believe that the companion whose mission crits bring back something related to their bonus, again not always but often. I am starting to keep a log of it to see how often it happens and what the missions schematic is. That way i can quantify it or decide if i am just imagining things.

when i get a few hundred data points on each companion i'll let ya know what the stat's say.

If there is any truth to that, it would explain why 70% of mine are vendor trash investigation ones. -.-

  5. I make hundreds of thousands a day running missions. Underworld Trading and Treasure hunting missions self for upwards of 20k, the rest for around 15k. Except for investigation, those are dirt cheap for some reason. Know what missions to run and milk the hell out of them and its still a huge money maker.

It's because Armstech is fairly broken. No schematics, etc. You can't sell them on my server. Most other crew skills have about 1-2 pages of purple missions, investigation on the other hand has about 20 pages of 340 missions all at list price and they don't sell. I feel like vendoring them because I have about 30+, but I am holding them for the moment incase Arms get's a buff.

  6. So far, at level 29, I have been Advanced Prototype to this point. I've mainly done class quests and Warzones for XP. I haven't run into any issues at all, it's been smooth sailing. In PvP though, I don't use high energy cell. I even use Gas Cell in PvE alot as well.

I've herd alot of people levelling as shield tech as well with no issues.

  7. Well I haven't gotten any hate mail yet, however they surely must be feeling it cause I kill about 3-5 carriers each game in the acid pit, for a quick turnover.

I also love using it to save people guard/pull then taunt the guy as team mate runs away on 100 health.

  8. I've signed up for a 6-month subscription.

Was avoiding the hype, and have been sceptical about SWTOR since it's announcement, despite being a massive BW fan. Usually I have cleared all game content by this point and burned out, however in swtor I still dont't have a 50. -.-

Biggest surprise for me, is how great PvP is. I know alot of people are having troubles with lag/ability delay, but mine has been perfect. Something very addictive about swtor combat.

Looking forward to seeing what new stuff get's added in the future.
