Ok, so during the beta I was getting 30 fps on low settings without any problem. Since then I have installed GameBooster, adjusted the settings in my Catalyst Control center, and set my computer to max performance, so the fps should have improved right? WRONG, I can barely move inside, and at only 15fps outside, it's not much better, what am I doing wrong!? Side Note: I'm playing on a decent laptop, but I know it can handle the game because like I said before, I was getting 30fps during beta.
