I was working towards finishing up the bonus series on Alderaan when I ran into a bug where I could not turn in a quest. No big deal I thought - I will just submit a ticket and move onto the next planet. Here is part of the response:

Support is only offered for class story missions? This seems unacceptable. Not sure this type of support is worth my $15 a month.
