Man I'm just the opposite of everyone here. I only played a couple of WZs last night but I got my butt kicked. I am decked out in the finest Centurion armor commendations can buy though. I was kind of worried because I used to do pretty good in PVP before even being undergeared, but it looks like form all he other posts here I just need to go ahead and spend the money on some recruit armor. Tell me this is true.

NM misread the post above me. So you can't RE any orange gear other than the ugly end game stuff? What is the point of that? I thought they were trying to make it so there was more diversity in armor and appearance. This will not help that. Am I wrong for having this impression? I guess there are a few sets that you get orange schems for from the trainer but that isn't much. This is extremely disappointing if this is the case. The no ranked WZ is a bummer, I can deal. However the crafting changes were what I was most looking forward to in 1.2. I hope BW reconsiders this or patches if its not working as intended. Otherwise this seems like a lot of hype for very little.

So after reading this thread I went ahead and switched out biochem for armstech. Got an exceptional crafted 10km Killer with an qugment slot on first try! Unfortunately I can't seem to find a barrel to make it even as good as my ugly *** Lightlance sniper. Am I missing something or do I have to wait till 1.2 to get a worthwhile barrel? Can you remove barrels from purple gear after 1.2?
