Still didn't work...

Greetings, My character Q'uadyn is stuck in Tython right by the shuttle under the environment. I can't move via the character service help button or the /stuck command. Also Fleet Pass and Quick Travel are greyed out as I am under the environment. Please help! I have created a service ticket but no reply so far. Thanks!
