I just realized I never finished this achievement after 7.0 launched. I must feed him one more time to complete. I went back to Odessen to turn in the reward crates and remembered. Anyway, I was able to locate SCRITCHY in the rafters but I'm not seeing his box of food on the console near Dr Lokin to activate the feed buff?? Has anything changed with this mission achievement?

I'm stuck too, I started the mission on the pub side prior to the Thursday patch, then tried to finish it today. I was after the cutscene where I gave the relic to either the Voss or the Gormak and the next step was to see the three. I was kicked out of the building after the cutscene and had no map prompts to go to the three and the building entrance was now red. I then: took my character to the fleet opened the mission log reset the mission played through all the cutscenes got to Voss to meet the voss and gormak but the entrace is still red the mission says do task for voss but I can do 2 from the mission board but still nothing progresses. I also put in a ticket and was told
