I just got to this part of the story this morning after maintenance. Torian joined the team, Mako showed him around, then I had a convo with him before I hopped off the ship at Quesh. I intended to summon him as my companion for Quesh, but when I hit N, he wasn't in the list. Confused, I got back on the ship, and now he's not on the ship either. So not only did the maintenance not bring him back for people who already lost him, but the bug that makes him go missing in the first place seems to still be very much alive.

The nodes in Outlaw's Den seem to be gone, too. I'm not sure what this is supposed to accomplish. I thought the idea was to have something to fight over in the open PvP areas.

I like the legacy system. I just don't like that it's tied to my surname. It makes no sense for every one of my characters to have the same last name. My approach to this problem was to choose a surname I liked for two of my characters, and just turn it off on the other two.

Like most in this thread, I too am very disappointed with the CE vendor. On the Republic side it has a Republic Officer uniform, which I might actually use on an alt some day, but nothing at all for the Consular I'm currently playing. No, I don't want items that give me an advantage. I just want to see more cosmetic gear than the single uniform that is currently there.

I'm guessing it's a bug, because normally when you gather something, at least for archaeology, the object vanishes. I've gathered hundreds of crystals and those artifact tablet things and they always disappear. Also, when you mouseover the node it will normally show the you level of the gathering skill required.
