i didn't get to check the entire post here and this may have been answered previously but i'm wondering if cybertechs can learn to make things like http://www.torhead.com/item/d9TMJ0H? Could i just spend a ton of commendations on gear, remove the blue quality mod, RE it and get the pattern?
