There are various posts that show skype cannot make that call free. you still need to make payment, and although it is cheap it's not as cheap as getting 90 days worth of free calls.

If you are unlucky enough to live outside the zones that can call customer suport for free, then I recommend you download Voipcheap. For the cost of £8.99 or 10 euros (sorry have no euro sign, or sure of the $ conversion rate) you will get of free calls to any landline in the developed world. You get the free calls to landlines for 90 days and still have the credit to spend. So the +442035642555 number (based in London, UK) will be a heck of a lot cheaper, certainly cheaper than an international call. This is much cheaper than Skype! I also use the free calls to talk to friends around the world. Its a winner, and no i don't work for them.
