Hi there, I had put in a ticket for this and the CSR suggested I post here so here goes. I really like the Rakghoul event and I think you guys did a great job but for people who like collecting these mods I think the decision to make these BoL and random was not the best idea. As BoL items, you only need need of each, you cant trade them or sell them to other players, you can't even vendor them. And since the drop is random, I have collected 13 customizations and have gotten many duplicates: 4x Corso Riggs 3x Vector 4x Mako 2x Andronikos Revel 1x Elara Dorne 1x Malavai Quinn Having spent the time (and some creds) to gather the DNA to get these only to have to delete all those duplicates is VERY frustrating. If I were able to trade them I might have found someone who has the Vette mod I am really looking for...if they could be sold, the economy would take of pretty quick. If the drop was random but only dropped mods you didn't already have it would at least give a better chance of getting the mod you want from the 40 that are available. At the least, these items should have been vendorable to get a bit of money back, at best tradeable to others. Also, I hope the drop rate is truly random and not skewed to entice players into playing classes that have fewer players. (like me getting 4 smuggler mods...)
