Since KOTFE de-populated our ships of all our class companions while adding dozens more, it'd be pretty neat to see our ships equipped with companion/pet exclusive decoration slots like we find in our strongholds. This way we could repopulate our ships that are so lonely and empty.
You could set a companion limit around 10-12 (pre-KOTFE was 8. 5 story companions, 1 ship droid, Treek, and HK). Not sure what a good pet limit would be, but I would love to be able to come back to my ship and see people actually using the common area of my ship for once, as well as being greeted by my tauntaun ram in my quarters.
