The first part of the ability is “suppose” to be direct damage, then it also has an extra effect to do more damage for each bleed effect. So game wise it makes no since why it’s acting like a dot ability and there for needs to be fixed.
Sage armor broken and or Kephess NiM broken.
I am a full min max sage over 33k health and 90% of the time I get a red reticle from Kephess in nightmare mode I get hit for 37k to 47k one shot with a guard and a sage bubble. The game is broken unless you mean for a sage to never heal that boss.
