I'm also having this issue on my Vanguard, which irritates the hell out of me. I bought the Kolto Tank specifically for my trooper and now have to use Recharge and Reload still to get my ammo regenerated. Very frustrating.

I support this as well, I have been asking about this since say 1. Hopefully something they can address soon.
