Generally only purple (artifact quality) items have armoring or barrel/hilt locked into them, orange is always fully moddable. The purples should be too in some upcoming patch

Any armor piece with 3 mod slots (armoring, mod, enhancement) is fully moddable, meaning it doesn't have any stats of its own. So if your current one has those three mod slots, removing them will remove all stats from it. Weapons have 4 slots if they're fully moddable: color crystal, barrel/hilt, mod, enhancement.

So it seems, looks like they link only to the NA version >.<

The game has most definitely launched here, bus stops are covered with its advertisements.

Was nice to see the Android app out already as well, but why exactly can't I install it in Finland? Android market tells me "This item cannot be installed in your device's country." Are there other countries blocked?

Would like to see this as well, don't need it to automatically reset behind my character.

Print screen works in windowed mode, although it doesn't seem to work during conversations.

When you get your first companion (Mako in my case as BH), you get to choose a customization "item" for them from a set of three. Can you buy any more customizations later somewhere? Would be nice to have more options than just those two, especially when the preview isn't so accurate as you can't zoom in at all.
