  1. I'd first like to say I'm really pleased with the game and enjoy it thoroughly. I just thought a great idea would be to implement an ilum-like zone for some of the lower level worlds! Using the same bolster idea used in WZ's, how cool would it be to have zones like Ilum (or better) for lower levels? With bolstered stats, no PvP stats to ensure balance, I think it would be awesome! I don't want to wait til 50 to jump into awesome World PvP, I wanna be able to level and have fun doing it at all times!
  2. That's not what I said, dude. I said the damage is fine. Its their utility in huttball I don't like. Read my post and you'll see what I mean. In combat Sprint, shield and AOE KNOCKBACK on 10 or 15 sec CD makes them kings of Huttball...
  3. Um..they already said they are doing this...and with it comes the option to pick what WZ you wanna do. And they said they are giving the option to queue for just server WZ's too. How awesome is that?
  4. Dude you're dumb. I can't wait till you play vs an all sage or all sorc team in huttball. You're going to get roflstomped before you can even react.
  5. It's true. People are rolling sorcs/sages everyday because of how good they are and it sucks
  6. I love the game, have a post on how it's a great game, but even I must admit Sages/Sorcs need tuning. Just played a huttball match against 6 sages, it's not the damage that's the problem. It's everything else. Strong shield, decent heals, in combat sprint (great for carrying ball and catching up to ball carrier, and leaving enemy players in the dust), knockback on a really small cooldown, etc. Bioware I love ya but I really hope you see this post and maybe even this message and pick up on the fact that Sages/Sorcs are dominating in PvP and even more so in Huttball. I get that Huttball is designed for ranged classes (which is completely stupid by the way), but cmon give the rest of us a break..
  7. If you read the post, that's not my intention. I clearly state that I made the post because I wanted to let people know who were unsure about the game or in the same place that I was that I think it's a good game. I also mention that if you don't like the game, then yeah, go ahead and leave. You think anyone who enjoys the game wants to play with people who are constantly moaning about how they don't like it and can't wait for their sub to finish? Seriously? Instead of trying to put people down for liking the game and arguing that me saying the game is good is actually me complaining (which is so backwards and illogical that I don't really see why I'm responding to your post other than to shut you down), why don't you go support your fellow anti-SWTOR posters elsewhere? Not to mention that if you don't like complaining (but I'm sure that's not the case as it seems you're backing up people who don't like the game ), you're in the wrong forums, buddy.
  8. The thing is people so easily forget that the game is not even 2 months old yet. They also forget who published it, EA. EA is KNOWN to make deadlines on games and push them before they are complete, SWTOR is no exception. Bioware was forced to release SWTOR before Christmas, because that was likely going to be their highest projected sales. The obvious problem with this is that they release an incomplete game. It takes a helluva long time to make an MMO, and even longer to tweak it to near perfection. As I said in earlier posts, SWTOR's launch was packed with enough content to keep casuals (like me) entertained for a while, but I'll be the first to admit that hardcore MMO players will find the content lacking when compared to established MMOs like WoW, who has had 7 years worth of content implementation and is still regarded as a game that ultimately caters to casual players. (MMOs, like everything else, are a business. Whether you play 1 hour a day or 24 you still pay the same price, they still get the same amount of money). Here's the thing though. It's only been 2 months and Bioware is already announcing PLENTY of good things that it took other games years to come out with. You can argue that SWTOR should just come with this jampacked because it's 2012, but anyone who understands how MMOs work knows that's not and will never be their game plan. In order to retain subscribers, they need to release things over time in order to give us something to look forward to, much like how Blizzard never released the main boss on their expansion packs until a year or so after it releases. Yes, a whole year of waiting, when it takes hardcore guilds maybe a month or so (that's being generous) to clear the heroic content. When people say there's no content in the game, what they really mean is there isn't enough content to keep them satisfied 20 hours of the 24 in a day 7 days a week. Point is, that's not Bioware's problem, they made a great game that will give you hundreds of hours of playtime, and will continue releasing more content to add to that replayability, people just need to get lives and stop using MMO's as substitutes.
  9. Even if the game dies off they can always merge servers like you said, and there will always be enough players to have a couple decent pop servers. Population doesn't matter too much for me. So long as there are 8 empire and 7 republic to queue up for a warzone every once in a while I'll be happy, so long as there are empire running around in Ilum I'll be happy. Thank god empire is so popular, eh? And when they introduce cross-server queuing it will be even better in that regard. They are also introducing server transfers so if my server dies, Ill just xfer to the highest populated one. They only need like 500,000 subscribers to make bank, and they have 1.6 million (that's if 100,000 unsub), and they are releasing the game around the world in March. With all that said, the game is meant to be played with others, I understand that. So as longs my friends or guild keeps playing I'll definitely be set. For those that play alone, it must suck haha. I'm not too worried
  10. Don't let the door hit ya on the way out.
  11. Thanks buddy. I really think people should be able to hear all shades of the feedback spectrum. Forums are full of exaggeration, only fair to point out good things and let people know that regardless of what most people think, and regardless of how many players unsub, it's still a good game that will hold people's interest for a long time to come. I just read the Q and A and I'm so pumped for some of the things they're announcing. When I heard they were doing Cross Faction queuing I was really upset but apparently they are going to still give people the option to queue for same server matches, which is unprecedented (well, as far as the games I've played ) and AWESOME
  12. You're absolutely right. People should be able to complain and moan about how they don't like the game and how they made a big mistake. I mean, no one else will listen to them in real life so the forums is simply just..all they have
  13. QFT. People need to focus on the good parts of the game. Most Bugs will be fixed in time I'd say, just as it is in most games. The more you point these bugs out the higher a priority they become, and even if they don't get a good fix right away, remember that programming is not easy and it takes time to fix complicated systems... As I stated before, the more people that quit because of near-trivial things the better, I only want fun people to play with, not negative nobodies.
  14. Pipe down little boy, he's right and everyone who is at least decent at PvP knows it.
  15. Lmao, it's so true. Sucks that people are so unhappy with a good game, as if every game comes perfect right out the box. Hopefully they're not too unhappy in real life...probably are...I weep for them. No wait, I don't.
