If Kaliyo was to good in beta with a healer speced OP. Then just give the sniper tree a mitigation buff for her. Or change the droid stun to a everything stun. Either of these things would make her useful for sniper agents.

Also make all the vendor bought items and quest reward bound to who picks them up. It sucks to see the massive price cutting from people just trying to dump the mods they didn't make. They sell them for less then the cost of the underworld metals missions required to make the same items. So its hard for a crafter to make a profit on items anymore.
