I want a ranged stealth tank class. I'll hold aggro while standing in the back of the crowd next to the healer and let all the meelee dps be up front.
man i got to ask are you trolling or would you really play that way as i have seen players request duels while having there companion out with heals and the people they were dueling didn't have there's out. i didn't consider some tanks may try to exploit stealth if that is the only point you are trying to make but tanks aren't ranged im asking for a ranged stealth furthermore if you have the aggro to make them attack you it would never be a ranged tank as they would always come for you.

One of the early game trailers says there is a class that suites everyone needs/playsyle but that is not exactly true I enjoy ranged toons but i also enjoy stealth and while you can try and range with an operative/scoundrel they are not made to ranger sniper/gunslingers are. I wont use a shadow or assassin as my syle is ranged not up close I wish they would add stealth to sniper/gunslingers it could come in handy for them as well

yes we got smash but compared to force storm, death from above,orbital strike and all the ones on pub side whose names i don't know smash is a joke and is over very quickly and for godness sake we need a knock back any class that has the option to tank needs to have a knock back, that said i wanted to see what other peoples opinions where do you agree with me or disagree please say a reason why or why not if you respond
I want to point out i am aware of the issues with operative/scoundrel to but that is a different convo all togather.

Zakual Knight one of the ac would use the saberstaff

zakual spy/informant stealth class
Zakual Entertainer stealth class/force user can use music to put people to sleep crowd control
I feel these 4 classes would be realistic to zakual society of bioware expands the game. Hell Id write the story for each 4 free if they would just agree to do it. what do you all think about these 4

I have been trying to find this flashpoint i got to do it once and the team never made it passed the giant rancor it relies on a lot of strategy as you have to be close when he jumps or you go knock off the platform into the lava below the team i was with gave up and i want to go at it again as i am convinced with the right team i could kick its arse,

I found it its the beging of the auroa mission which i believe is the last mission in act one a bunch of guards/soilders say lay down your weopons and if you chose the top option your bh says better idea you lay down and die

the trailer shows an instance were guys surround the bounty hunter and say lay down your weapons the bounty hunter replies better idea you lay down and die

I ask this because i found out today that the star fortress quest grants a companion after you get done with it on veteran and that is an option quest really you can find it on Odessa but its not something you will get unless you look around. got me wondering what other companions you can get. what ones can you get from the cartel market? what ones are story decision based SPOILER ALERT AHEAD. i actually didn't know you could keep arcann and senya if you were light side that made me re-role why give up two companions for dark side points.

"Sith Intelligence Commander" is given at the end of Yavin 4 (Shadow of Revan), so not on RotHC.
In fact, Dulfy's title list, valid as of 30 June 2015, shows no titles granted for RotHC at all.

* Inquisitor: Dark Council Elite
* Warrior: Empire's Wrath
* Consular: Master of Hidden Knowledge

All given at the end of Yavin 4, in the cinematic that follow the big fight with Revan.
thats interesting there must be a glitch in forged alliances lano refers to the agent as commander anyways though ty for your answer its very helpful

The imperial agent gets the title commander this happens before kotfe Lana and the agent even discuss she comments she knows you already had the title commander before the alliance. I'm curious what the other titles are for the other classes.

Nope. You don't lose abilities. If you have the new-player tutorials enabled, the game temporarily hides your abilities, but it doesn't take them away permanently. (And the answer, obviously, is to go into the preferences/options panel and disable the tutorial.)
It *does* take away your *companions*, but that's an entirely different question.
this think talks about things they changed its small things for each class some wouldn't notice it but phase walk was taken away from assassins. I realized though they might have done that all around I was thinking they did that as part of eternal throne the way it looks on this link.

I don't know which classes *you* will think have the coolest animations. I'm not you. You are seeking a definitive objective answer to a question about a purely subjective thing.

I ask this because I found that so far while I loved the IA storyline I did not find any spec in operative I tried all 3 to have interesting animations for combat I liked the teleport/roll but there not combat moves as far as combat I didn't like any of the animations really. I loved the animations for most combat moves with a lighting sorcerer and i loved some of the merc moves like death from above. but so far those are the only two I have liked granted I have not tried all 8 classes or all 16 sub classes yet this is why im asking as there could be other really cool specs I just haven't found yet. If anyone's wondering I did not try sniper just operative been playing through kotfe lately

Here me out for those of you who disagree please read my argument first. Promo companions are not like the founder title and black yellow crystal. Ultimately you lose no real content by not having a founder title and black yellow crystal I have a founder title and black yellow crystal and I do very much enjoy them but heres the thing I think I would enjoy hk 55 and Nico companions more as they add to game content. I was not a subscriber at the time was in my 3rd year of college. Every time I play kotfe I cant help but to feel cheated as I am missing the hk missions which are in my opinion part of the kotfe story. I am not the only player to complain about this and there will be many more because companions are a big part of the play in bioware games. missing title and a crystal so what missing companions not okay. Promos need to stick to being items not companions or any story content not ever its unacceptable in the eyes of several of the players already. I also feel A lot of the people who will argue that they liked the companions being promo would also be the same to complain with the rest of us if they had to much rl stuff going on in 2016.

don't get me wrong hk 51 and hk 55 aren't bad but lets face it both are knockoffs of who we'd really want. any thoughts on this would be welcome.

I decided to make this thread because I love this game and have been a long time fan of bioware but I have had to fix or find a way around launcher problems way to many times now. Windows 7 began to get an error I ended up having to fix this by just buying a windows 8 computer as none of the know fixes worked for me note you can not even attempt the repair launcher on the play screen with this glitch you wont get that far before it glitches.. That worked for a while then windows 8 got an error had to go to file location and delete bit raider folder to fix that one.That worked for a while now i'm on windows 10 and it was working for a few weeks until yesterday the launcher started acting weird first it took 5 tries then finally let me in after closing on me with 3 times with no error message after hitting play. the 4th time it went in and said couldn't load server worked on the 5th time. today it wont go past the log in screen just stays stuck loading uninstalled the game and am reinstalling however this is not acceptable as I live in the sticks internet works good on stuff that already downloaded but to install takes me 24hours my internet is that bad. no other games has so many issues with there launcer I have played enough to know that is a fact. never had one issues logging in to everquest, wow, elder scrolls online, runescape, swg even the original star wars mmo. matrix online even the online pirate game and wizard 101 have had no issues with there launcer I feel if there are going to be so many issues to play I should be able to get something as I am a subscriber and am paying to play not to do the programmers job the bitfolder was the only one I found easy to solve but even that should not be on the player.

Imperial agent is my favorite class for story and stealth as an opp but I don't feel that there are enough moves im a concealment opp was a healer opp concealment did give me a little more moves but not much and a lot of them seem to be just different names for stab with a knife I get the up front combat but I thought it be a little more animated than that. It could be just meet i was hoping to get other opinions main moves I use are clocking screen puts you in stealth even if your in combat infiltrate makes you and your group stealth and regular stealth. as for combat since I don't find any moves that interesting i just use whatever some of the doges are cool as far is the roll forward or teleport to an enemy or friend but im talking combat. i'm afraid to take this toon to knights of the fallen or knights of the eternal throne as I have heard you lose abilities I don't think there's enough to begin with if I was to lose any that would be the end of that toon play life.

when I try to play now I get a "this program encountered an internal error c5" and then the game crashes I actually had bought a new windows 10 computer to play this game because of a similar issue. with windows 7 I stopped being able to play this game because of an error the would say windows certificate not authorized and would crash the game I love this game. I have found a fix for the windows 10 and 8 issue if you get the c5 error delete the BitRaider folder where the game is installed at I right clicked the swtor icon and went to game installlation location and deleted that folder the game has worked since then. unfortunately I still have found no fix for people who have windows 7.

i'm curious if when I finish knights of the eternal throne if I will keep the companions I got in the expansion or if it will just go back to the original companions.

ty for your anwser can you enlighten me i played jedi knight and it runied pub side kotor 3 yeah right more like filler quest galore more than half those quest where shut down 3 generators to break into a base bh had a better story ia had the best story as far as choices go, and neither one had as many filler quest a jk bh really dint have any filler i think there may have been 3 with ia so if its not a rancor what is it.
