what "promotion folder" is everyone talking about. I have my regular email which has no "promotion folder" and my work email and all emails go to either of these.... Is there a promotion folder in my IN GAME mailbox? If so, ill have to wait till this weekend - 72 hr shifts on an ambulance hurt game time

It is now the 27th. I have not received either email. I have been opted in since I subscribed with a Collector's Edition. I regularly receive my emails about my subscription bonus coins, my purchases of coins. I have not yet received my coins nor an email about the chapter 10 expansion. I readily get those announcements on Facebook (of all places). Whom do I talk to about this issue???

it is the 27th of Feb. I still have not received it. I, too, am wondering if this was a hoax or what? I have started a ticket for my subscriber monthly award of 500 - which just came in TODAY. It has been slipping further and further back each month - 19th of Nov, 21th Dec, and 24th Jan. I wonder what is going on up there in Austin, or if it is just a way to make it later and later so that it skips a month .......
