Why? Same level of DPS just in a different style, if it's the fact that I can't respec/dualspec as a healer or tank that hardly matters as I'm a terrible healer and IA can't tank regardless.

Viable for what exactly? I've been playing happily as an IA sniper in solo PVE content, heroics, flashpoints and PVP. I haven't got to a Operation yet but I'm pretty sure that I'll still be useful then.

I've only seen Russian once on Peragus Mining Facility General and the guy immediately apologised in English as he meant it to go on Guild chat. The server in general is pretty good and the server community seems pretty cool but only time will tell I guess
