  1. Right, so the UI being color-shiftable would just make this a non-issue. There would be absolutely no problem, because I could burn the inverse color in. The only part that has affected the display is the giant swaths of blue in the bottom center and bottom right. The pixel orbiter did not, and cannot prevent that, as there is simply too much of the same color. In order to fix it I actually have to purposefully cause the inverse burn in, so I can't use preventative measures. Finally, to clarify my statement about the UI being the worst ever. This isn't the only reason it is. Where's my target of target smart casting? Where's my movable interface? Why aren't quest clicky items put out beside the quest so I don't have to either waste a hotbar slot or dig through my inventory each time? This was just the tip of the iceberg.
  2. Actually, I did that.. however, the majority of the screen during regular gameplay is not static, and so isn't a problem... a screenshot would burn in the other parts of the screen as it fixed the UI.... I'll have to like run youtube videos in the non-ui section of the screen or something.
  3. No, a UI where I can rotate the color of the static elements so that it doesn't burn in would be nice though.
  4. I was lead to believe that the newer plasmas did not have this problem... clearly that is not the case. Fortunately I caught this fairly early and you can only really see it as a slightly orangish ring on a white background... still it'd be so easy to fix and prevent If I could just change the UI colors...
  5. Right, turning it off would have prevented the problem, but inverting it is the only way to fix it. I'd like to be able to play with an inverted color UI, but leave everything else the same. This prevents accidentally burning in something else.
  6. I didn't think so, but I'd hoped someone might be able to help. SWTOR has the absolute worst UI....
  7. So I noticed today that my map "radar" in the bottom right seems to be starting to burn into my plasma display. I know I can fix it by inverting the image's color and leaving it on there for awhile... Is there any way to change the UI color? This would be very helpful so that my display will not be ruined by extended playing...
