The best part in my opinion is that the Empire lined up willingly for this. They did not need to wait at our base like a reject cast of Resident Evil. Oh yeah and Force Pull is all you need on your bar.

Also, make sure to put your back to a crate/wall so he can't knock you back. There is one to his right.

If you died to this boss don't fret. Simply make sure that all your cool downs are available and apply an endurance stim. If you don't have one, buy one from the medical droid in the next room. Then go back to the boss room and run around his ship and make sure you don't aggro him. You will now be on his right side by a bunch of boxes and what not. Force Leap to pull him and then put your back to the crate. The boss will not be able to knock you back and after every knock back make sure to interrupt his huge attack with force kick. Pop your saberward shortly into the fight and then pop your call on the force. Then you want to pop saberward once the initial one has dropped off. Then just whittle him down and you will be good to go. If you find yourself low on health then use a health pack. I wish you guys luck.

I was talking about the pro's of getting GUT over EB. EB does not have a DOT, you are correct.

Energy Blast has a 15 sec cooldown. The more DOT's on a target the more opportunity to have High Impact Bolt available for use. The ammo cell...yeah Energy Blast does have that advantage but Gut does twice the damage and no cooldown.

Do it. The spec I'm going with is http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#801hMGrdorogZMsr0o.1. Having Gut does more damage and enables High Impact Bolt because of the DOT. That means more threat generation. WINNING!
