Anybody?

These are the epic level 50 Stims that persist through death (stronger than the rakata ones Biochemists can make for themselves). I have seen posts that they are bugged and individuals have the schematics but cannot learn them because of a bug. My question: Where can i get the schematic for when the bug is fixed? Any information greatly appreciated. Tired of having to farm grade 5 samples/compounds for stims.
